Behavior Analysis Teacher

$62,055-$67,020 Annually

Under the supervision of the District Educational Specialist (DES), the Behavior Analysis Teacher will serve as the district resource providing school level support to students with significant behavioral challenges. Major responsibilities are to conduct functional behavior

assessments (FBA), design and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP), and provide implementation oversight of the BIP. The primary purpose of this position is to provide Individualized Education Program (IEP) indicated applied behavior analysis (ABA) services, supervise the provision of ABA services, and provide behavioral/educational consultation and supports to schools and families.

Provides behavior-analytic interventions and services as a licensed behavioral analyst representative on interdisciplinary teams; serves as the district resource for students with behavioral challenges; conducts Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), develops Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIP) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs; provides clinical supervision and guidance over qualified paraprofessional staff of Behavior Technician (BT); and performs other related duties as assigned.

$42,064-$46,152 Annually

In accordance with student's Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program, Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), and/or Individualized Education Program (IEP), provides one-to-one behavioral intervention services to students with special needs during the school day in academic and non-academic related activities and performs other related duties as assigned.
